About billing.
What is a credit?
Credits are billed per outbound action. An email send is 0.1 credit — 0.2 when hyper-personalized. A voice call is billed by talk time — about 0.17 credit per second of conversation — and while our launch promo is on that’s discounted ~90%, so a typical 5-minute call runs ~5 credits. Your inbox, dashboard, lead scoring, and replies don’t cost credits — only the sends do.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Loop pauses new sends and pings you. Your inbox, conversations, and bookings keep working. You can either upgrade to the next plan instantly or add a one-time credit top-up — both ungate sends within minutes.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’re charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don’t lose paid credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each billing cycle. The price tiers are set so you should land comfortably inside one — if you’re consistently running out, the next plan up is the better deal.
Do team seats share credits?
On Enterprise plans, yes — the whole team pools from the same custom credit allocation. Each seat has its own inbox, sign-off, and tone. Owner controls who can launch loops.
